"My experience with Roman Roofing was absolutely first rate. I had spoken with 3 neighbors who had new roofs installed by Roman within the past few years and they were top of my shortlist. After making my first enquiry I was contacted within the hour and scheduled for an estimate the following day with Mike Glover. Mike was excellent at talking me through my options and answering all questions regarding scheduling, materials and insurance without trying to upsell which I really appreciated. He was extremely professional and along with the subsequent quote that honestly came in under my ballpark estimate I decided to move forward with Roman and with no regrets. All phases of tear-down and construction took place on schedule with advance communication from Roman. On each occasion a crew arrived at the house they introduced themselves. Roman also provided a project specific user portal which was a great resource to track the construction schedule and payments. Mike checked in throughout the process to check everything was good on my side. Getting a new roof was a ‘big purchase’ and I really wanted to get my choice right, and in hindsight I don’t think it could have gone any better."

"Mike Ward came to check what looked like mold in our linen closet. We thought it was a roof leak. Mike felt like it was not and suggested wiping the ceiling and wall with bleach as he did not think it was due to a roof leak. If so thete would be more evidence. Gave us good advice and did not try to do something we may not really need. When we need roof service we will be calling Mike to come out. 5 stars from us."
