Mike felt like it was not and suggested wiping the ceiling and wall with bleach as he did not think it was due to a roof leak. If so thete would be more evidence. Gave us good advice and did not try to do something we may not really need. When we need roof service we will be calling Mike to come out. 5 stars from us."
